Horror Scenes
These digital pieces are meant to mimic a found-footage or urban exploration type of vibe. I purposefully made the angles a bit skewed, and attempted to make the scene feel abandoned and/or haunted. I believe the term "liminal space" is what the kids call it nowadays.

"Abandoned School" - Inspired by the feeling of visiting an old high school at night. I'm proud of myself for pulling off the weird POV of this shot, it was fun to plan out and draw such a unique angle.

"Mineshaft" - Inspired by urban exploration videos on Youtube. I've always wanted to explore abandoned structures, but there's a lot of dangers to plan for with that type of thing, and I'd probably get scared and back out when I got there. At least I can still live vicariously through my art!

Fanart
It probably doesn't surprise you to find out that I make fanart. These days it's mostly for nerd stuff like Magic: the Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons. There's not many franchises that inspire me to make art these days, but I'll post it here if I ever do make any more.

A doodle page of illithids, inspired by Baldur's Gate 3. I love the funny squid men and all their fucked up lifestages.

Elesh Norn from Magic: the Gathering. I entered the Magic: the Gathering fandom around when the New Phyrexia saga was just finishing up, and I continue to be inspired by the faction's themes of blending flesh and machine in horrible ways. I don't like drawing robots though...too many wires and tubes to fill in.

A set of MtG lands that I made for myself. In order to use them in decks I print out a sheet of them on printer paper, cut them out, then put them over top of another card in a sleeve. Very time-consuming, but fun and free!
